“I had a pedicure and nail colour. It was a really relaxing experience and felt that staff were attentive. Unusually, the salon was not too busy, which I prefer and gives staff more time. I was offered a hot drink on my arrival and seen immediately. They always welcome you by name, which is amazing considering how many customers they must see. This is my preferred salon, since my daughter took me there.”
